What do Coffee Pop and lavishly dressed models have in common?

We are sitting, cups of coffee in hand. I recall that I got a two on two. What they got, has completly slipped my mind. There's someting exhilarating about talking of plans of doing your own coffee venture, in another's coffee shop. As if you can look around and see, all of this was once an idea. The tables, the cups, lids, straws, pour overs, and the barista behind the counter... all ideas.
Ideas. They can't just stick in your mind. You've got to take a step. No matter how small that step is. Yes, it's very scary. We are talking on how we want to bring something different to our general market. I'm going to side track for a moment. But I promise, it will all make sense in the end.
As people, we categorize. Everything is put into 'boxes.' No matter how much of a hipster or anti-label(est) we think we are, we do it. It is the psychology of each and every human being. From why you dress a certain way, to listen to a certain type of music, or drink a certain style of coffee. In our post-modernity we speak as if these boxes should be completely demolished. And to an extent, there is some validity to this, but it's not the full picture. One very great example of this way of thinking is in the saying,
